Automation is reducing the manual labour of consolidation. Robotic process automation handles repetitive tasks such as data entry, document classification, and content updating, helping keep knowledge repositories constantly revised and secured. The next step is proactive delivery, where systems use contextual cues to suggest useful resources before the user even searches for them.
